Finally, as a small business, with 3 full time employees, and 1 part time employee, we are able to form more personal relationships with our clients, which is part of what helps us capture images that evoke such emotion within our clients.

We stand out in many ways. In a business where almost anyone can call themselves a professional, we feel that education is an important facet of our business. In addition to the fact that both my assistant and I have bachelor's degrees in photography, mine in photojournalism, and his in fine art photography, we feel that continuing education is of the utmost importance.

Anyone can take a picture, but the abilities to properly compose the image, and control the lighting and technical aspects of the image, while maintaining the highest level of creativity, are only a few characteristics of what we believe is a crucial key to our success.

We are members of numerous professional organizations, including the Virginia Professional Photographer's Association, which serve as valuable resources of information. We also attend several seminars throughout the year, which allows us to be on top of the newest trends and products that will help us improve our business on a regular basis.
