1. What is Foodies?
  
Foodies is primarily a meal preparation business, but we also offer recreational cooking classes and host a variety of private events for business and social groups.

2. Why did you start this business?

I had spent my entire working life in an unrelated industry and wanted to do something completely different. Cooking has always been a passion of mine, so this was a natural choice for me.

3. What types of programs and classes do you offer?

We offer cooking classes weekly on a wide variety of subjects. This month, we've got classes on Edible Holiday Gifts, One Pot Meals, and Thanksgiving for Dummies.

4. What makes you different from a caterer or a personal chef?

Our meal assembly business is more convenient and far more cost effective than using a personal chef. You can put together an entire freezer full of ready to cook meals in an hour or less, and the cost is a little over -chr(36)- 3.00 per serving.

5. What can you offer women and families in the Roanoke area?

The greatest thing we have to offer busy women is time. Our assembled meals save hours of menu planning, grocery shopping, preparation and cleanup.
